COMMENCEMENT OF POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS’ REGISTRATION EXERCISE FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to formally notify all newly admitted postgraduate students of the commencement of the registration exercise for the 2026/2027 Academic Session, scheduled to begin on Monday, 2nd November 2026.

All newly admitted students are hereby advised to commence their registration on the stated date and ensure that all required registration procedures are completed within the period stipulated by the Institution.

Students are expected to present the necessary documents and fulfill all prescribed registration requirements, including the payment of applicable fees, verification of admission credentials, bursary clearance, and other relevant departmental and administrative formalities.

All students are strongly advised to adhere strictly to the registration schedule and guidelines issued by the Postgraduate School and other relevant units of the Institution. Any further information regarding the registration process, documentation, and deadlines will be communicated through the appropriate official channels.

POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMME PHYSICAL SCREENING FOR THE 2026/2027 ADMISSION EXERCISE

This is to inform all admitted postgraduate students that the physical screening for the 2026/2027 admission exercise has been scheduled for Monday, 2 November 2026.

All admitted students are required to attend the physical screening and present the following documents:

1. University Admission Letter.
2. Degree Certificate or Statement of Result.
3. All other relevant academic certificates and transcripts.
4. Birth Certificate.
5. Proof of Tuition Fee Payment.
6. Six (6) passport-sized photographs with a white background.
7. National Identification Number (NIN) ID Card.
8. Two (2) sets of photocopies of all the required documents.
9. International Passport (for International students, if available).

All admitted students are advised to comply strictly with this notice and ensure that they bring all the required original documents and two sets of photocopies for the screening exercise.

All students are expected to come fully prepared with the required documents.
